In some really good classes, I even have students with speech impediments who are routinely NOT mocked, and who read with enthusiasm. Being a high school student myself, a lot of these things I have heard/seen in the course of my three years, but a lot of it, I haven't ('point' and 'bet' being two of the things I've NEVER heard of.)
